The lock body is made of PA plastic, which can withstand temperatures between -20°C and 120°C. The PA lock body is impact-resistant, UV-resistant, corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, low-temperature resistant, durable, light-weight, and non-conductive. A total of 11 colors are available, and other colors can be customized. The lock body can be laser printed, the label pattern on the lock body can be customized, and the lock body can also be customized with a logo.

Lock hooks are available in two materials: steel and nylon. The surface of the metal lock beam is chromium-plated, with high hardness and strong wear resistance; the toughened nylon is heat-resistant and chemical-resistant. The diameter of the lock beam is 6mm, three sizes are available, and other sizes can be customized.

The lock cylinder includes copper lock cylinder and zinc alloy lock cylinder, which can be used for a long time. The lock cylinder has 12 bullets and can be combined with more than 100,000 unopenable padlocks.

The key is made of chrome-plated copper, with a flat surface that is not prone to rust. The lock head can be customized with nylon wrapping, and the color can also be customized. Keys can be laser printed.

It has high security and has a key retention function. The key cannot be pulled out when it is unlocked to prevent the key from being lost.
